Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

DUTIES:
- Unique blend of direct patient care and management.
- Evaluate and treat psychiatric patients with chronic and acute mental health problems across the lifespan.
- This position will require travel between locations on designated clinic days and possible locations would include Duluth, Cloquet, and possibly Superior Wisconsin.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in nursing with board certification from the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- RN and APNP license in MN.
- At least five years of experience as a psychiatric nurse.
Desired Qualifications:
- RN and APNP Licensed in MN with previous work experience in a community mental health clinic or other psychiatric clinic setting as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Also, knowledge of addictions and experience working with adults as well as children and adolescents; knowledge of community behavioral health systems and resources.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of settings including the clinic and other community sites.
