Program Supervisor - Adult Outpatient Therapy

DUTIES:
- Fully Licensed mental health professional who provides administrative supervision to the Adult Outpatient Therapy team in Cloquet, MN.
- This position is administrative and clinical.
- Program Supervisor will perform regular administrative supervision to members of the Adult Outpatient Therapy team.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Carlton County Services and leadership team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

o Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota
o Must have experience providing evidence based, trauma informed psychotherapy interventions to individuals, groups, and/or family psychotherapy settings.
o Must have experience collaborating with key community stakeholders and collaborative partners, as well as serving culturally diverse communities.
o Preferred experience providing administrative or clinical supervision to mental health professionals or practitioners.
- Successfully complete a criminal background check in state(s) of residence during the past three years.
