We’re looking for a Front Desk Office Coordinator who embodies confidence, charisma, and a strong presence—someone who naturally draws people in, makes meaningful connections, and keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine.   • Highly resourceful and solution-oriented—if something goes wrong (WiFi goes down, printer runs out of ink, vendors miss a delivery), you’re already handling it before anyone even asks.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive—you take pride in keeping things organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly.
  • Polished and professional—you have an eye for presentation, whether it’s how the office looks or how you interact with clients and vendors. Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Front Desk Client Engagement :
  • Be the face of our office—greet everyone warmly, engage in friendly conversation, and effortlessly connect visitors with the right agents.
  • Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere where clients and agents feel at home.
  • Maintain an active awareness of who’s in the office, what’s happening, and how to facilitate connections. Office Operations Organization :
  • Oversee all office supplies—ensure printers have ink, paper is stocked, and essentials are always available.
  • Keep the fridge filled with drinks and snacks, ensuring agents and clients always have what they need.
  • Work with vendors, property management, and service providers to keep everything operational (internet, cleaning services, deliveries, etc.).
  • Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and fully functional—from taking out the trash to making sure our bathrooms are stocked and presentable. Tech Problem-Solving :
  • Be the go-to person for office troubleshooting—if the internet goes down or the printer stops working, you’re on it.
  • Handle minor IT and operational challenges, ensuring a seamless workflow for the team. Qualifications :
  • Highly sociable and outgoing personality—you thrive in a role where you get to engage with people all day.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you know how to carry a conversation, connect with others, and make people feel at ease.
  • Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple responsibilities without missing a beat.

  • Tech-savvy—comfortable troubleshooting basic office tech and navigating online systems.
  • Prior experience in reception, hospitality, office coordination, or customer service is a plus. Compensation : $35,000 - $45,000
