In this role, you will coordinate patient care and admissions processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents. You will work alongside a collaborative team, enjoying flexible scheduling, including rotating weekends, and competitive compensation, with hourly rates starting at $36 and above, plus generous differential pay.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Ensuring resident safety and comfort in their living environment
* Conducting comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans as needed
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the applicable state
* Up-to-date CPR certification
* Prior experience in admissions nursing, preferably in senior care or post-acute/sub-acute settings
