Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Nurse to join our team at HumanGood. As an Admissions Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring a smooth admission process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth admission process
- Work closely with the care team to develop assignments and ensure resident care and satisfaction
- Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior admissions nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
