Key Responsibilities

As an LSW at Human Institute, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health conditions through intake interviews, observations, and standardized tests.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, and families.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to state and federal documentation guidelines.
• Complete external documentation and reports promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Regularly follow up with the supervisor to ensure progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in NJ.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in counseling or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably bilingual to serve diverse populations effectively.
