Mental Health Therapist
Human Institute LLC is hiring!
$35,000/yr - $50,000/yr · Full-time or Part-time Contract Position

Requirements:

Must hold an LMHC(licensed mental health counselor), LMFT (Licensed marriage and family Therapists) or LCSW (licensed clinical social worker). Three years of clinical experience is a must(at least 3000 hours)

Must be bilingual in English/Spanish/Russian/Arabic/Turkish or any other language! Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose patient's mental health conditions based on a review of patient information, interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration with other staff members through intake and follow-up

Develop and implement treatment plans with patient input through clinical experience and knowledge

Work with individuals (adult & children), couples, families, and groups

Communicate with staff members

Maintain confidentiality of patient treatment and records

Document all encounters according to state and federal guidelines and code

encounters that meet billing standards

Complete external documentation as requested
