- Oversee daily operations, including leasing, customer service, and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and address challenges
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Property Manager in a similar setting
- Strong background in finance, operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and team leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Yardi or Onesite preferred
