Salary : $68,640-$75,500
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Data Analyst will be responsible for general oversight, reporting, training, and user support to ensure the proper use of ETO by our program staff and ensure a timely and complete collection of participant data. The Data Analyst works very closely with senior leadership staff and grant writing team. The Data Analyst is responsible for augmenting data efficacy to inform program outcomes and impact. The Data Analyst will be responsible for some scheduling, travel, and expense support to the Chief Operations Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and modifies ETO systems in response to user needs, research, and reporting requirements
- Support development and implementation of data administration policies, technical standards, and data models
- Develop and implement database structures, relationships, queries, report dashboards, and other components for effective, timely, and reliable utilization of information from ETO for use by our programs and other stakeholders
- Conduct analysis of data for completeness and accuracy and to support programmatic improvement, as well as achievement and precise reporting of goals across the agency as required.
- Develop training manuals and documents and assist in designing the format of training sessions; provide ongoing training and communication on new or changed features to users as required
- Train and work collaboratively with program staff, senior leadership, and administration on ensuring client data and reports are accurate and complete.

Salary : $75,500-$85,300
For the right candidate with additional experience, we are also open to this position being a Senior Data Analyst. In addition to the duties above, the Senior Data Analyst would work to identify data trends, programmatic needs (based on data), and ensure consistency of data collection and reporting. This position will work with the Chief Operations Officer to guide programs on ensuring continuity between data collection, data entry, and data reports. The Senior Data Analyst will also take the lead in sharing our data out to the Human Options team in compelling and simple ways (storytelling through data).
