This is an entry-level role within a dynamic, rotational professional development program. The program is designed for those with little experience but eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotational Training Program: Participate in a comprehensive year-long training program, rotating through various departments to gain hands-on experience with:
- Product knowledge, focusing on lighting controls and fixtures
- Industry-specific standards and trends
- ERP system training to manage orders and customer data
- Sales processes and customer relationship management
- Sales Development: As part of the program, you will develop the skills to become a lighting agent, support sales efforts, and learn how to manage customer accounts and close deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams across the business to understand how each department supports the company's mission and growth.
- Performance-Based Bonus: At the end of the year, your role and performance will be evaluated to determine the best fit within the company. You will also be eligible for a bonus of 10%-50% of your base salary based on profitability and performance metrics.
