What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrator position at Human Resource Innovators?
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and energetic professional to serve as our Executive Administrator / Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the executive offices run smoothly and efficiently. They will work closely with the team of 8-10 people within the office suite to maintain productivity and organization.
Responsibilities may include:
- Administrative tasks for the Chairman
- Human Resources support
- General Accounting duties
- Serving as the gatekeeper for the chairman
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new systems
- Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling group meetings, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports
- Managing quarterly Board of Director meetings
- Assisting the Chief Accountant and other team members
Candidates should have previous administrative experience, excellent multi-tasking skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additionally, they should be effective problem-solvers, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
