Spa Coordinator Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and retail management, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient business practices. The Spa Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties

• Supervise and train spa staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and staff shifts to optimize client satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
