HumRRO is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator.
Overview : The Sr. Contracts Administrator - Operations Analyst combines the responsibilities of a contract administrator, managing a portfolio of contracts and legal agreements, with the analytical skills of an operations analyst, focusing on data analysis to optimize contract processes and identify potential risks within an organization's operations. This role will also review and manage Agreements and contribute to other contract reviews during peak request periods as needed. Recommends appropriate activities to resolve conflict with workflow and tools and escalates to the Director of Contracts, as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Complete review, update, and optimization of data in Salesforce and SharePoint
- Document and publish existing and iterative procedures related to Contracts Management and contract lifecycle workflow
- Using the workflow, develop strategy around, and implement, on-going reporting regarding key contract terms
- Optimize the contracting workflow by working cross-collaboratively with internal HumRRO (including Accounting and Operations) and leading the contract review process
- Worked collaboratively with Contracts Team members to develop and implement recommendations for department operational scalability
- Owning task based tracking tool and becoming the expert in how HumRRO Contracts systems and tools work; including workflows integrated with Salesforce
- Management of all reporting and contracts data integrity within the task-based tracking tool
- Independently manage, review and negotiate Agreements as assigned
- Lead ad-hoc projects aimed at improving contract operations; including the development of project plans, management of timelines, and ensuring successful project completion
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for broader HumRRO organization (including the BD Team and Researchers) on existing and new contracts systems, processes, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to BD and other departments to ensure adherence to processes.
- Follows up on problems demanding management attention to ensure a timely response to the client
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

The typical salary for this role is $80,373 to $134,000. Specific salary offers are based on candidate qualifications and experience.
