About the Position
We seek a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our litigation team in Boynton Beach, FL. As a Staff Attorney, you will be responsible for litigating complex civil cases in Federal Court, including Section 1983 and FOIA cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate complex civil cases in Federal Court, including Section 1983 and FOIA cases.
- Maintain an active caseload, working collaboratively with in-house attorneys.
- Work directly supervised by the Litigation Director and coordinate with co-counsel from various jurisdictions.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
- A strong background in constitutional law and civil rights litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
