What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Work Supervisor position at HUMAN SERVICES OF FARIBAULT & MARTIN COUNTIES?
Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties is seeking an individual who is passionate about working with children and families to join our team! The Family Preservation Supervisor provides leadership, direct supervision, and coaching to a unit of nine staff responsible for child protection services, and will select and develop staff, plan and assign work, and evaluate employee performance. This position serves as a program lead and subject matter expert, and works with teams to develop goals, performance results, and plan for implementation involving teams in problem solving. This position coordinates the delivery of services, assists in the preparation and administration of budgets, monitors contracted services, collaborates with various local, regional and state entities in the delivery of services within the family preservation unit, and ensures the implementation of and compliance with federal, state and local agency policy to provide effective service to county residents.
Minimum Qualifications: An accredited master’s degree in social work and one year of experience as a social worker. OR a master’s degree from an accredited college/university in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, human services administration, or closely related field (i.e. applied behavioral sciences) and one year of experience as a social worker. OR baccalaureate degree from an accredited college/university and four years of experience as a social worker.
2024 Starting Salary: $34.04/hour
