Description
Human Support Services is seeking to add a part-time Remote Based Clinician to our premier team of mental health professionals to provide mental health treatment in Monroe County, IL.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF WORK:
Directly reports to the Clinical Supervisor for administrative and program issues. Is responsible for IM CANS assessment of mental health conditions, treatment plan development, therapeutic services for adults, children and families, emergency services, community education, case management, assistance in program policy changes, supervision of practicum students, providing linkages, assistance in staff development and support, program and self-development.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES OF POSITION DUTIES:
1. To meet with the Clinical Supervisor monthly and with other program staff for administrative program planning meetings. Participate in staff meetings, medical staffings, supervision, clinical staffings, annual evaluations, and other appropriate agency meetings.
2. Deliver clinical services to mental health clients, including, but not limited to, assessments, family, conjoint, individual, group, and marital therapy, and case management.
3. Complete all necessary clinical documentation such as assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with agency standards regarding timeliness, content and format.
4. Meet agency standards for billable services.
5. Participate as needed in peer review and program evaluations.
6. Continue to acquire new clinical knowledge and abilities in order to improve outcomes of clinical services provided.
7. Other duties as are necessary or related to the successful completion of other stated position duties, or as mutually agreed.
8. Meet professional licensure requirements.

We are pleased to announce our new increased starting wage $22.23 - $28.44 an hour. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of $500. Full-time bonus will consist of $250 after 30 days of employment and an additional $250 after 6 months of employment.
Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalence to:
(1) Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Science
(2) Hold the Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work
(3) On-the-job experience counseling and adult/child case load, and/or
(4) Experience and working knowledge of a community mental health setting
(5) Experience providing telehealth therapy to adults, adolescents, and children (with the potential to see all 3)
(6) Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality
(7) Be able to troubleshoot technical issues independently/with guidance of IT department
(8) Have clarity of speech in order to make yourself understood by clients and others
Salary : $22 - $28
