Overview : We are seeking an experienced and independent Marketer to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote Human Touch Home Health services and help expand our Medicare / Private insurance home health business in the Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. We need a results-driven, highly motivated individual who can develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and evaluates quarterly and annual territory plans, strategies and actions to achieve budgeted targets
Analyzes territory, establishes sales goals, and together with sales manager, writes sales plan
Develops business relationships by making effective sales contacts, meetings, and presentations
Builds relationships with the Human Touch Home Health staff to ensure the of effective communication with referral sources and
Builds relationships with partners from other Human Touch Home Health divisions to identify opportunities to collaborate and keep patients within Human Touch's continuum of care
Identifies key referring physicians, builds the Human Touch Home Health brand, and identified opportunities to increase referral volume from these offices
Identifies key referring personnel in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations, along with opportunities to increase referral volume from these sources
Basic knowledge of insurance companies and other payer sources
Supports and participates in promotional activities, sales campaigns and other growth initiatives
Able to manage a territory, conduct sales calls and presentations, and generate referrals by building long term business relationships
Able to develop clinical knowledge base to support sales activities
Maintains professional and clinical competence
Participates in center / agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports Qualifications
Qualifications
Demonstrates principles of the sales process in a healthcare environment
Effective verbal and written communicator, including ability to communicate with the different disciplines in the healthcare field
Able to identify and develop new referral sources
Familiar with MS Office Suite (primarily MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
Comfortable with virtual working tools and videoconferencing software (MS Teams, Zoom and other meeting websites)
Able to master additional professional software
Honors patients / residents' rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints
Complies with corporate compliance program
Reports job-related functions / tasks that involve occupational hazards including exposure to blood and body fluids and others as necessary
Extensive relevant industry experience with (2) years of college or business school and / or equivalent combination of experience and training
Familiarity with healthcare landscape and sales processes
Two (2) year experience in Healthcare Sales / Marketing, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
