Humana is a Fortune 50 market leader in integrated healthcare whose dream is to help people achieve lifelong well-being.The Associate VP, Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement works with Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) Department leaders to develop and drive strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives that improve EIP program operations, talent, and associated delivery of technical tools and solutions. Provides data-driven insights to monitor and measure secure posture and risks. Fosters a security-minded culture by applying organizational change management strategies to enable adoption of Cybersecurity strategic priorities.Job Responsibilities : Executive Communications and Chief of StaffPrepare executive level communications and presentations on behalf of CISO.Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop quarterly materials for Board of Directors meetings.Ad-hoc requests and integration with the CIO office and its priorities.Set the EIP StrategyLead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan ensuring alignment with long term strategic goals.Facilitate strategic planning with senior leaders, CISO and key stakeholders to identify opportunities.Maintain and activate a prioritization framework to assess and rank priorities based upon ROI, Risks, and Threats.Portfolio and Budget ManagementMaintain the EIP budget in collaboration with IT finance including oversight and governance for operational and initiative spending.Provide budget management support to the EIP leaders and work closely with IT Finance teams.Foster an environment of operational and cost efficiency through a formal productivity program.Ensure the right resources are available at the right time to deliver on top priorities.Enable flawless execution of EIP’s critical prioritiesEnable a team of program managers, project managers and Agile experts to deliver against EIP’s OKR’s and strategic goals.Manage, govern and evangelize top risks against cost, plans, and resources.Influence stakeholders to be accountable and drive to outcomes.Enable data-driven decisions through operational metrics and KPI’sMaintain scalable self-service data environment to visualize risks and operational efficiencies.Automate where possible to reduce waste and redirect capacity to higher value outcomes.Foster security minded culture inside and outside of EIPMature the Cyber Training and Awareness programs to monitor human risks.Maintain and measure a culture of inclusion, acceptance and engagement.Evangelize and enable the adoption of Cybersecurity strategies.Key Candidate Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.10 years of experience leading people teams.Deep understanding of modern information technology strategy and practices.Cybersecurity knowledge or work experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience operating in an Agile environment.Behavioral Competencies : Exceptional leadership skills.Collaborative, energetic, results-oriented management style.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40Pay Range : $229,400 - $315,400 per year.
