The Lead Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. You will support Humana's Consumer (B2C & B2B) Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform, helping centralize digital identity services. You'll work with ForgeRock / Ping Identity to enhance customer experience, standardize IAM best practices, and ensure compliance with the latest security standards. This role involves guiding the team in design, development, and implementation, while mentoring junior engineers.
The Lead Software Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software, oversees testing and debugging, and develops fixes. You will research complaints and make necessary adjustments and / or recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues. Additionally, you will advise executives to develop functional strategies on significant matters and exercise independent judgment on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8 years' experience with IAM platforms (ForgeRock, Okta, Azure AD).
- In-depth understanding of IAM concepts including identification, authentication, and authorization; and experience implementing IAM solutions.
- 5 years leading and mentoring software developers.
- Expertise in designing software solutions, Azure Cloud Services, and RESTful APIs.

Pay Range
126,800 - $174,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and / or individual performance.
