The Value Based Care product team is dedicated to delivering excellence in home care through OneHome, a subsidiary of Humana. An experienced Senior Product Owner will drive the identification of business requirements for IT enhancements, conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for Value Based Care Program execution. The Senior Product Owner works across teams on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Senior Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team.
Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
Begins to influence department’s strategy.
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Use your skills to make an impact
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
5 years of technical experience
2 years of project leadership experience
Working knowledge of a broad range of IT systems

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
