Description
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Uphold the mission of Humane Animal Rescue throughout all responsibilities of the position.
- Understand and support the Open Door Philosophy of Humane Animal Rescue.
- Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, managers, directors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone system.
- Friendly, professional and courteous manner with customers is essential.
- Answer telephone calls for the agency and be able to provide immediate assistance with the customers questions or direct the customer to the proper staff.
- Return all phone calls the day in which they are received. Transfer and direct all calls to their correct destination.
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk with directions, general information, or any other questions they may have.
- Assist customers with their questions, providing the highest level of customer service and accuracy.
- Make changes to, and assist other employees with, the operation of the voice mail system.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- General computer knowledge regarding Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
