Duties:
- Diagnose and treat animals illnesses or injuries
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures as needed
- Conduct regular check-ups and vaccinations for pets
- Provide guidance and education to pet owners on proper care and nutrition
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Collaborate with other veterinary professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state license to practice veterinary medicine
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and diseases
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations
