What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll help keep the adoption center running smoothly by:

Supervising, training, and supporting a dedicated team of staff

Working with the public and promoting our mission in every interaction

Supporting animal care and adoption services
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of professional animal handling experience (shelter, veterinary clinic, kennel, or similar)

Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Must be comfortable handling animals of all sizes and temperaments
