HSMO’s Longmeadow Rescue Ranch is looking for a Lead Ranch Assistant.
Responsibilities include:
Should be proficient in personal computing skills (Word, Excel, email and Internet). Prior lead or supervisory experience would be a plus. It also requires a flexible schedule and includes weekend work.
Starting wage is $14.50/hour.
This position is full time and eligible for benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability and sick/vacation time.
Responsibilities include:
- monitoring and checking the work of other employees and ranch volunteers,
- performing proper care for all animals at the ranch,
- adherence to established feeding, sanitation, medical procedures,
- assisting and restraining animals for veterinarian and farrier,
- and following all HSMO Adoption policies guidelines.
