As a Med Surg RN, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include : Delivering exceptional patient care and outcomesCollaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitionsProviding education and guidance to patients and familiesParticipating in unit-based quality improvement initiativesRequirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have : A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in telemetryBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certificationsStroke experience preferredExperience with treatment and management of cardiac arrhythmiasThe ability to interpret rhythmsAvailability to float to other medical / surgical unitsEPIC experience required
