Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse. As a nurse manager, you will oversee daily operations on the Labor and Delivery unit, developing and implementing policies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Serve as a leader on the Labor and Delivery unit, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
