Your Role :
The AR Specialist will perform various accounting duties in the manufacturing environment. The candidate must be a team player who is focused, dedicated, and willing to learn.

- The AR Specialist will perform various accounting duties in the manufacturing environment. The candidate must be a team player who is focused, dedicated, and willing to learn.
- Follows up with customers to obtain payment on delinquent / coming due accounts
- Processes cash receipts timely
- Responsible for performing routine clerical accounting work and assisting in the preparation of accounting reports
- Work closely and effectively with multiple levels of the organization.
- Compile complex reports using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Perform other duties as required
Associates or Bachelors degree and / or two or more years of professional experience.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks timely.
