Opportunity Description
Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to join our dynamic team! The Senior Living is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. It provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long-term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services, and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care. The Director of Sales is an integral part of the Continuum of Care, including the Senior Living Sales and Marking Division.

Job Duties
- They seek marketing functions of the community including effectively selling the community’s services and the living community through networking, event planning, sales, public relations, community events, and developing relationships with the surrounding community of health care providers and referral sources.
- Census stabilization of Senior Housing’s Private Pay and Medicaid Assisted Living and Independent Living Apartments census. Appropriate reporting of community outreach effort outcomes and direction on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop a strategic plan for marketing a senior living housing
- Prepare and complete action plans Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards Resolve problems Complete audits Identify trends
Education
Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) preferred from an accredited college or university in marketing, business management, business administration, communication, health care
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably with senior housing or a healthcare facility with five years of progressive management experience required.
Benefits
