Role Overview :

As the HR Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring smooth and positive interactions throughout the hiring process. The HR coordinator supports the Talent Advisor (TA) in a variety of administrative and candidate-facing tasks, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, on-boarding, and data management.

Hybrid Role –

  • Contract, Full-Time (3 DAYS IN OFFICE / 2 DAYS HOME)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Candidate Communications : Craft clear, timely, and informative communications to candidates, keeping them updated on status, next steps, and process details.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and minimize disruptions, ensuring an optimal experience for candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement : Provide consistent touchpoints with candidates, answering questions and maintaining engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding Management : Ensure candidates smoothly transition through the onboarding process, including background checks, documentation, and Workday setup.
  • Data Management : Oversee Workday data entry for recruitment activities, supporting the Talent Advisor’s strategy for requisition management.
  • Collaboration : Partner with HR, Hiring Managers, and interview teams to coordinate and execute recruitment logistics, including hiring events and compliance monitoring.
  • Education & Experience :

  • Required : High school diploma and experience in a professional, corporate setting.
  • Preferred : Associate's degree and prior experience in HR / Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Basic understanding of recruiting and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
