Our client is looking for a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- QA Manager Position requires to follow all responsibility for the department as per departmental description procedures.
- Responsibilities include some of the daily management of Quality Control functions including :
- Receiving, First Article, In-Process, Final and Roving Inspection and Testing, supplier management.
- Management of Quality Records, calibration, and traceability.
- Direct supervision of Quality Inspectors, Quality Engineers
- Management and compliance to IATF16949, ISO9001 & ISO14001 systems and VDA.
- Customer communications (Internal & External) related to continuous improvement, audits, customer specific KPI’s.
- Prepare documents and information for execution of Customer related concerns (CAR- 8D).
- Perform some limited Quality Planning functions IE, design reviews, some PPAP documentation, operator instructions, assembly aids etc.
- Product Safety Representative
- Perform audits
- Corporate KPI’s
- Training as required
