The Technical Support Representative assists customers with product questions, processes RMAs, evaluates and repairs products sent back to us, and when needed goes on site to provide technical assistance.
Theatrical Lighting
- Providing product support to customers over the phone or by email
- Issuing and processing RMA documents
- Quoting and repairing RMAs, including board level repairs
- Maintaining company knowledge database of product related problems and their solutions
- On-site installation and troubleshooting of lighting products (occasional domestic and foreign travel involved)
- Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
- Monthly report of support metrics
- Other duties as required
BFA or Associates in Theatre Technology, or equivalent professional experience
BA or Associates in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
