Who are you
As a Customer Delivery Consultant at Humanforce, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way our clients manage their workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional implementation and consulting services to both new and existing customers. With a laser focus on Workforce Management, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique needs, configure our solutions to meet those needs, and ensure a seamless transition to our platform.

What you will do
- Scope Implementation Projects : Define project goals, assess client needs, and create project plans.
- Train and Educate Clients : Conduct training sessions, provide resources, and offer ongoing guidance.
- Build and Configure Solutions : Customise Humanforce's WFM platform to meet client requirements.
- Test Implementations : Ensure functionality and integration through rigorous testing.
- Integrate Systems : Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Humanforce with client systems.
- Troubleshoot and Support : Address issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Client Relationship Management : Build strong client relationships and gather feedback.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain documentation and generate progress reports.
