Valle Verde, a HumanGood community in Santa Barbara, recently named "Best Continuing Care Retirement Community in the US - 2024 and 2025" by Newsweek magazine, is hiring a Memory Support Program Manager ("MSPM"). The MSPM coordinates and leads the community' s memory support program to ensure that the physical, social, and emotional needs of the residents and their families are met. S / he also promotes and engages team members and residents in "Best Life" philosophy.
What is Best Life? Best Life is a unique and holistic dementia care approach that helps people and organizations support those living with dementia to live rich and rewarding lives!
- Salary Range : $60,000 - $75,000 / year (DOE)
Work Schedule : Monday- Friday
