This company has been around for over 75 years and is recognized for providing "Best in Class" customer service! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office.

Location : White Plains, NY
Pay : $21-23 / hour (plus weekly pay, full benefits, 401K, bonus opportunities & more!)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and handling correspondence.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed, and assist with meeting coordination.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure office supplies are properly stocked.
Assist in handling HR-related tasks, such as maintaining records and helping with onboarding.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of administrative assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills
