HumanHire is partnered with a top national Litigation Firm to find a Civil Litigation Attorney to join the firms growing team in Providence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage cases through all stages of litigation

Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and preparing for trial.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials. Advocate on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and offering strategic, practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
Oversee the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and interviewing witnesses.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and stay updated on relevant laws, case law, and regulations affecting civil litigation matters.
Qualifications :
1 years of Litigation Attorney experience
Rhode Island Bar Admission
