What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Rep position at HumanHire?
HumanHire has partnered with a local company in Freeport that works with many well known, large name brands across the country in search of a Call Center Rep.
We are seeking candidates with 3 years of customer service experience to join our growing team!
Pay : Up to $24 / hour (weekly pay)
Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM / 9AM-6PM (occasional rotating weekend shift and evening shift 2-3 times a month)
Responsibilities :
Receive inbound calls to obtain work orders and document them into the computer system
Place outbound phone calls to obtain pricing information for upcoming work orders
Dispatch technicians to client sites
Distribute and obtain client / vendor invoices
Prepare reports on prospective vendors for senior management
Negotiate prices based on company margins
Add new vendors to active lists as contracts get signed
Qualifications : High school diploma
3 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
At least 1 year of telephone experience
Computer & tech savvy, ability to type 40WPM
Energetic, and willing & eager to learn!
