HumanHire has partnered with a prestigious Am Law Top 300 firm in NYC to find a Senior Docket Clerk to join their growing team!

Responsibilities :
Maintains accurate staff calendars, dockets documents, and prepares weekly firmwide and group calendars
Utilizes various software and internal reports for client onboarding and calendar report generation
Provides timely and accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring high-quality work aligned with firm values
Stays current with firm policies, industry trends, and professional development
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Manages firm resources responsibly
Complies with firm operations, policies, and procedures, and performs other tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of conventional and electronic filings in state and federal courts, including judicial rules and utilizing tools like CourtAlert and LexisNexis CourtLink
Proficient in managing cases through PACER and other vendor platforms, alongside firm software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and capable of learning new systems
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and sound independent judgment
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and delegating work effectively, and exhibiting flexibility to meet business needs
