HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Financial Analyst to join the firms growing team in Chicago!
The ideal candidate will come with 2 years of Financial Analyst experience within Law Firm environments. This role will focus on compensation analysis and financial reporting, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance the firm’s financial performance.

Responsibilities :
Analyze and evaluate compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the preparation of the firm’s annual budget and forecast.
Maintain and enhance financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and implement financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against goals.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
2 years of Financial Analyst experience (Law Firm experience preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Proficiency in various accounting / financial softwares (Aderant is a plus)
