Hours : 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care practices.
Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with an active NYS LPN license.
Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
