The IR team ensures that investors have a clear, data-driven understanding of Humani Holdings’ roll-up strategy, portfolio growth, financial health, and value creation model. This transparency is essential for maintaining investor confidence, securing long-term capital commitments, and generating interest from new investors as we scale our portfolio of facility service businesses.
The IR team works closely with senior leadership, portfolio operators, and financial partners to provide strategic insights, report market perceptions, and help guide decision-making. Key investor relations efforts include quarterly financial updates, investor meetings, industry conferences, and direct engagement with equity and debt holders.
Humani Holdings is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to help manage our relationships with institutional investors, private equity funds, and debt providers. This role will be pivotal in crafting investor communications, analyzing financial performance, and supporting capital-raising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Investor Communication & Reporting
- Develop and communicate quarterly investor updates, earnings reports, and financial presentations.
- Ensure clear, strategic messaging around Humani Holdings' roll-up strategy, acquisitions, integration progress, and financial outlook.
- Support the execution of investor calls, private equity presentations, and capital-raising roadshows.
- Capital Markets & Debt Management
- Oversee relationships with credit rating agencies, institutional lenders, and private debt investors.
- Track and analyze capital structure, debt issuance, and funding strategy to ensure optimal financial positioning.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support funding decisions and investor engagement.
- Market & Investor Engagement
- Facilitate ongoing discussions with investors and financial partners, ensuring alignment on company strategy and financial performance.
- Develop quantitative analyses and insights to enhance investor understanding of portfolio growth and value creation.
- Monitor industry trends and investor sentiment, translating key insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure investor communications and reporting adhere to financial regulations and best practices.
- Maintain strong risk controls and compliance frameworks for financial disclosures, investor presentations, and debt agreements.
- 5 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, private equity financing, and M&A strategies.
- Experience working with institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and private lenders.
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, particularly in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and roll-up strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strategic, investor-focused mindset.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
- MBA or CFA designation preferred.
