What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Humanim?
The Behavior Technician will report directly to the Director of Community Behavioral Support Services and the Manager of the Behavioral Stabilization Unit (when completing hours within the Behavioral Stabilization Unit (BSU). The Behavioral Technician’s primary responsibility is to work directly with clients in a clinical/Day Program setting by engaging with them and documenting interactions, needs, and concerns, based on the behavior management plans in place.
