We're seeking a results oriented Project Manager eager to have a huge impact at a high-growth SaaS company working with high-impact nonprofits as we continue to expand across the country. You'll support our engineering teams to deliver business outcomes and project manage key initiatives.

We're seeking a results oriented Project Manager eager to have a huge impact at a high-growth SaaS company working with high-impact nonprofits as we continue to expand across the country. You'll support our engineering teams to deliver business outcomes and project manage key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Product Roadmap and development Sprints according to Agile methodology
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into user-centric Product Epics
- Scope software integration requests as part of our overall execution strategy to work with other nonprofit technology providers
- Oversee feature deployment and launch strategies, creating internal and external resources as necessary
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align product strategy and releases
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to nonprofit technology
- Analyze product performance metrics and end-user behaviors for a data-driven approach to feature development and prioritization
- Ensure industry-specific compliance standards and maintain product stability and security
- Contribute towards Delivery of the 2025 Product Roadmap
- Scope 2026 Product Roadmap Epics
- Reduce Average Product Development Cycle Time
- Increase Documentation of Product Features to 75%
