Job Title: Residential Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour pending experience
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CHESTERLAND. 1ST & 2ND SHIFT ONLY

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residence (located in Chesterland) and ensure our residents receive exceptional care in a comfortable, home-like setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the group home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- Manage budgets, supplies, and other resources efficiently to maintain a high-quality living environment.
- Ensure the group home meets safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.
- Foster a culture of respect, compassion, and teamwork among staff and residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of management experience is required.
-Proven experience in a managerial role within an assisted living, healthcare, or related environment.
- Knowledge of senior care regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- CPR & Medication Administration Certification is required (company will assist with these certifications).
