Compensation for the Office Associate
- $18 – $20 Per Hour DOE
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Benefits available upon hire with client: HRA (Health Reimbursement Plan), dental, life, AD&D, 401K, PTO, and profit sharing

Responsibilities of the Office Associate
- Answer phones and manage multi-line systems.
- Scan, file, and maintain documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks for Trust Officers, Investment Administrators, and New Client Services.
- Interface with clients, advisors, and vendors.
- Support legal and research projects related to trust matters.
- Edit and prepare letters, forms, and reports.
- Complete long-term projects with follow-up and completion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Office Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both phone and in person.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
- Integrity, professionalism, diligence, and compassion.
- Proven ability to work well with a team and interact courteously with clients and vendors.
