You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate, seamless back-office loan operations while contributing to the financial wellness of our clients.

Success In This Role Looks Like:
- Maintaining and mastering loan and accounting systems, including daily reconciliation of payments.
- Accurately setting up and disbursing loans while ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and organized.
- Generating lien release letters and maintaining title records efficiently and accurately.
- Negotiating with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes for clients and preparing detailed weekly reports.
- Supporting the Economic Resource Center team with past-due loan monitoring and reporting.
- Staying current with State and Federal Banking Regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending changes as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal staff and external clients throughout the loan process.
- Assisting with audits by preparing and submitting documentation under the direction of the Controller.

What You Bring To The Team:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with databases (Blackbaud Financial Edge is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and the entire accounting process.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with a diverse team and client base.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
