We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler to join our team at Humano in Greer, SC. As a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communities and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Unload, receive, and store incoming shipments of goods and materials
- Palletize products for storage or shipment
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
