**Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking motivated Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers to join our team at our Baytown, TX warehouse location. As a Warehouse Associate/Freight Handler, you will be responsible for unloading containers by either using an Electric Standup Forklift, or by hand, palletizing, and wrapping them, and loading outbound trailers. This role involves heavy machinery and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs on an ongoing basis for extended periods. Experience is Required.
2 Full time shifts available. Looking to hire 14 new employees due to an increase in volume. We offer referral bonuses, so tell a friend!

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload containers manually and efficiently
- Palletizing and wrapping
- Load outbound trailers with sorted items
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a clean and safe work environment
**Qualifications:**
- Experience operating and Electric Standup Forklift is ideal
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor role preferred, but not mandatory-willing to train!
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on an ongoing basis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
**Shift and Compensation:**
- Shift: 4 -10 hour days. Day shift and night shift
- Compensation: This is a production pay position, with the opportunity to earn between $18-$23 per hour based on efficiency. The minimum hourly wage is $18, and you would never earn lower than that. Humano will send you daily texts at the end of each shift, so that you can track your earnings daily. No surprises!
