Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at a luxury residential building in Downtown Miami. As a Barista, you will provide exceptional service while preparing high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and other refreshments for residents, guests, and visitors. In addition to making drinks, you will assist with sharing information about the property and its amenities, offering insights into the luxury living experience we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Share details about the residential building, its features, and available services when asked, assisting potential clients and residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with the building's team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all residents and guests.
- Upsell products and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Comfortable discussing the property and answering questions about the building’s amenities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
