Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks, to customers.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food service or café environment is a plus
