POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high food quality standards, optimize customer service, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for the food service industry.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency in both front and back-of-house areas.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost control.
- Develop and enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control.
- Utilize technology and point-of-sale systems for efficient operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a quick-service or fast-casual setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
